What to Expect

Whether you’re a start up modular company or an existing modular manufacturer that wishes to improve sales, production and bottom line results, we are experienced in those fields.

Our Consulting Group works in all phases of the modular process. We can design or redesign your production line to reflect the number of modular units you wish to produce.  We prepare manning schedules for each working station of the production line.  We will balance the number of employees to match the level of production you desire.  We provide input for the management that is necessary to produce the targeted number of modules.  We provide Job Descriptions for those managers.

If required we will give your production management team on the job training at our modern modular manufacturing facility.  This will include hands on exposure to real life activities that confront the manager.  We will provide weekly reviews and updates of the managements training program.  Our team will provide grading for each manager to the General Management.

Manuals and DVD training information will be provided for each production station.  This will allow for on site training to your new production line employees.

A review of machinery and tools necessary for production to achieve the desired quantity of modules.  Recommendations will be made by the consulting team to ensure those items are not restricting production.  This will include a review of the movement of the production line to achieve efficiencies necessary to reach labor goals.

Our services include training for the design/engineering department.  The engineering manager will be trained at our engineering facility.  Continued training will be available through the use of electronic transfer.  It will be recommended that Auto Cad’s latest update be used by your company.

Purchasing forms, costing forms and inventory control methods will be taught to your Purchasing Manager.  We will recommend certain soft ware programs that are compatible with the modular industry.

Order Entry Systems will be discussed and decided on.  We will introduce a program that is used in many companies within the modular industry.  This program is modular friendly.  Other ideas will be explored as well in order to suit the company’s desires.

Various forms will be suggested that are commonly used in the modular industry.  These forms will be used by most of the departments within the operation of your company.  This will enable a smooth flow between departments.  This is vital to maintain efficiencies.

Consultant will provide on site training and assistance at your factory.  If necessary we will import other professionals to solve issues that may be causing difficulty at your facility.

We will provide you with our budget Profit and Loss for the first twelve months of operation.  This will include pay schedules for all employees that will match the pay scale for your area.  This will be a valuable piece of information that will indicate necessary cash requirements for beginning operations.

The Consulting Group will offer a maintenance program for up to three years follow the end of the original Consulting Agreement.  This Program will include review of production values and labor percentages to be sure they are meeting budgets.  It may contain a full review of the Profit and Loss Statement to spot any irregular areas that may need assistance.  It can also include any additional training that both parties feel are needed at the consultant facility.

All of these items and issues will apply equally to a new start up factory as well as any existing factory that wishes to improve performance with some additional training and help.
