It will be recommended that Auto Cad’s latest update be used by your company. Purchasing forms, costing forms and inventory control methods will be taught to your Purchasing Manager. We will recommend certain soft ware programs that are compatible with the modular industry. Order Entry Systems will be discussed and decided on. We will introduce a program that is used in many companies within the modular industry. This program is modular friendly. Other ideas will be explored as well in order to suit the company’s desires. Various forms will be suggested that are commonly used in the modular industry. These forms will be used by most of the departments within the operation of your company. This will enable a smooth flow between departments. This is vital to maintain efficiencies. Consultant will provide on site training and assistance at your factory. If necessary we will import other professionals to solve issues that may be causing difficulty at your facility. We will provide you with our budget Profit and Loss for the first twelve months of operation. This will include pay schedules for all employees that will match the pay scale for your area. The Consulting Group will offer a maintenance program for up to three years follow the end of the original Consulting Agreement.
