Roger A. Lyons is the owner and lead manager for this group. Having started his career in factory built housing in 1962, he has worked in all departments of the factory built housing industry. Mr. Lyons started his own modular company in 1981. The company, Penn Lyon Homes, Corp has been recognized numerous times for its outstanding contribution to the modular industry.

Lyons has served as Chairman of the National Modular Housing Council, President of the Modular Council at the National Association of Home Builders, Chairman of the Building Systems Council, and received the prestigious S.A. Walters Award that is awarded each year to that individual who has contributed highly to the housing industry.

Roger Lyons has been consulting for the modular industry for the past three years. He recently assisted companies in Canada with design, setup and operation of a modern modular manufacturing factory. He is currently working with three companies in Russia who are doing full modular factory start ups.

By utilizing Roger Lyons experience and having the opportunity to receive hands on training at the Penn Lyon Homes modern modular producing facility in Pennsylvania, the Penn Lyon Consulting Group is able to provide a complete start up to completion modular facility for their clients.
